Parker’s Arc offers independent living apartments with supportive services to make your retirement enjoyable. We would love to show you what we have to offer. Parker’s Arc, which is located at CHI LakeWood Health in Baudette, Minn., offers residents many onsite amenities including: meal service, social and recreational activities, laundry and light housekeeping.
With several different floor plans available, you are sure to find one that is a perfect fit for you. The larger apartments are perfect for accommodating a resident and spouse. Each apartment has a two-room suite with a kitchenette and a private bathroom and shower. Our common living areas are a great place to gather with your friends and family, areas include a community kitchen and dining area, and a lounge and activity room.
