LakeWood Health Center Clinic is a family practice clinic designed to care for all ages. Located on the same medical campus, the Clinic is able to offer all the services of the hospital and nursing service while caring for the community and residents of our care center and assisted living facility.

LakeWood Clinic is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
